Our single-source fabrication/install management collaborative assists you in managing your projects, saving you time and money. We manage a team of prequalified installers, including our sister company, to complete your vision in the field. Our installers work with you or your contractor to erect our products using engineered hardware to satisfy applicable code, building specifications, and client concerns.  After installation, our installers and project managers conduct a final walk-through with you or your contractor to ensure that every aspect of our product meets your project expectations. Site safety is our priority; RGS requires all of our installers to be 10-hour OSHA construction safety and health certified. Project Management

RGS Project Managers work with you from Notice of Award to Close Out. Instead of spending hours on hold to answer simple questions, you’ll work directly with our Project Managers, who coordinate with our design team, fabrication team, and subcontractor installers behind the scenes to ensure seamless execution.

Real Time Installation

Seeing the need for a single source manufacturer/installer, our founders created our sister company, Real Time Installation (RTI). RTI’s reach spans the eastern half of the U.S. with a combined installation experience of 35 years. Our two companies were built on symbiotic business models and provide unparalleled customer experience, because we understand the entire process, not just a part.

Subcontractor Pool

To meet demand, RGS also pulls from a pool of prequalified subcontractor installers that we have been working with for years. Just like our sister company, our subcontractor installers work hand-in-hand with our project management team to coordinate a smooth and timely installation process.
